Since our founding in 1978, Adams Roofing Professionals, Inc has been a family owned and operated business.
It all started in a 1,000 square foot warehouse in Wheeling with only two trucks. Having limited resources to start, we slowly grew through a commitment to provide our customers with quality service at a fair price. What has helped us build our company has been the reputation we’ve gained regarding our ability to handle emergencies and multiple repairs at any given time. With a growing customer base and advancements in the roofing services we offered, we found in necessary to upgrade.
In 1985 we moved into a 1500 square foot office in Palatine where we served the greater Chicago land area for over 15 years. Through providing the best service and constant customer care, Adams gained credibility as a trusted and reliable name in roofing in Illinois. In March of 2010, we moved to our new home to Elk Grove Village. At 5300 square feet, our new facility can accommodate our fleet of 22 trucks and is large enough to stock all necessary roofing, siding, and gutter materials needed to maintain the quality and timely workmanship we are known for. Although Adams is new to the neighborhood we are definitely not new to roofing.
Adams Roofing Professionals, Inc also continues to grow our business based on our customers’ needs. Over the years we have added a number of additional services such as gutters, siding, and insulation.
We at Adams believe that our customers come first and they should expect the best because they are what made this third generation company possible. Currently our new facility has allowed us to have 15 service technicians on call 24 hours a day. We do not subcontract our work and take pride in our ongoing education program for all of our employees. We feel that our customer service is unmatched in the roofing industry and strive for excellence on and off the roof every day.
